this horse has lumps. they look like fat deposits. what power can you get from a sick horse with a metabolism problem. maybe people shouldn't be drawing while having epilepsy fits.

Cloud on horse needs removed. Outline of horse could use SMALL stars instead. (Turning him into a pseudo-constellation perhaps? Instead of follow the dots?) And horse needs color solid fill. My choice? Royal blue.

golden the pony boy! I'm not sure about the guy on the cloud. kind of ruins it for me.

Try looking at old-time livestock auction illustrations - emphasize the horse's neck arch and carry the circular motif through the haunches too - play with shape and repetition - theres some interesting circle action in the clouds and plumes but it needs to be emphasized.
