I don't know what to say about this...
I just know if I liked a band alot and two of the members died, Xing them out would not seem like respect to me. And, I know, hence the "Don't let it be." But still..... |

Yeah, it seems a bit like the message is "two down, two to go". this could very easily mean the opposite of what you intend.

I agree with the above comments. Maybe if you did something else like graying them out. Also, I'm not a big fan of shirts where the design is at navel level. A higher placement would be more "respectful". I really like the idea though.

great concept, I like the extreme of the red x's. Greying the images out would be too subtle, I don't think the concept would read the same.
