i think you have already seen "the old lady and the pigeons". It's a 1998 short animation by sylvain chomet... :-)

I remember it from even longer ago. This idea was part of a short Mad Magazine sketch back in the '80s. If I remember it correctly the old lady first feeds the pigeons, then she feeds the pigeons to crocodiles.
