i actually like round 1 a lot more. i love the use of the lines in it.
i dont think i dig the cartoony roundness of these characters. kinda reminds me of cutesy japanese characters like hello kitty or something. just my two cents.. |

ni.m. on Oct 07 '06 wow, i'm totally surprised so far. i think this idea is really smart and i thought the illustration and style would be more popular. glad i didnt bet on it :D. thanks everyone for your comments. i think the pink design is best and certainly dont think its too "busy" or "cutesy japanese" although it is supposed to be awesome also, so...

I don't think it looks anime at all.. the characters are much more well-developed and unique than in the first version, this one is much more polished. The muted colors look really nice, and love the background pattern. And generally love the concept.

It's far more clear in round 1 what is happening. I had no idea what the random cylinder was all about.
