It's pro recycling with a twist. The twist is if you don't recycle as much as you physically can, a gold-toothed skeleton will knock on your door and slap you up side the head. The 'Yo" can be read in two ways: (1) Yo! Recycle man, or (2) Recycle, Yo, it's good for the environment, and stuff.
