i like how you illustrated the penguins but I don't like the bird and the egg and the whole idea.

But I would love to have a shirt with both penguins on it.

Yep, both penguins switch off holding the eggs. And they don't mate for life.

Maybe the eagle in the sky was the lover of the female penguin and when she told him she was pregnant he suddenly decided to fly away to work for an humanitarian organization in Africa. Then, the female penguin decided to accept the love of Alfred, her old friend she never loved but who has a good job in a bank. Alfred is a nice boy, not masculine at all and when he sees the eagle he says: " Wow! Wish I could be an eagle" And the female penguin hates Alfred a little bit more.

it's almost like they're both having some internal conflict.... the girl with egg looks like she's debating letting it go, even though she knows it won't live, and the boy is desperate to fly away to become something greater, but he can't.

Well, it's not like if the longing penguin, whatever the sex, has another option than to stay. I like it very much, but when seeing it we must detach the image of the penguin with penguin behaviour. Obviously, the penguins are representing people and the fact that penguins can't fly and are bound to the ground is the frustration factor.

I think that penguin affairs and penguin realationship-problems as a whole aren't touched on enough as it is, and so I'm glad that there's a possible shirt to advocate. I'd go for the light blue.

It makes sense to use the comparison of temptations from humans to penguins, but sort of a stretch to relate to the theme. Otherwise, I still dig the illustration style of the lower penguins and egg, sans the flying bird.

Penguins are the best but I really think the colours are weak. What about greyscales on light blue or something?

The extremity of the sticking out overlines is amazingly attached to the design. The colors are a little abstract to the trend of penguins. As the penguins were, a little, internally explosive. Which almost considers the fact of a divorce. Which can give people the wrong impression. The Male wanting to fly away. The woman looking down in depression, could bring up something not wanted.

as this week of judgement comes to an end, i want to thank you all for stopping by. i am happy because, if nothing else, it made some of you stop to think and feel. what greater honor can i give to that amazing film than letting it inspire me to give something back that on a teeny, tiny penguin sized scale also makes people ask questions about life, love and animal behavior?what more could one want from a t-shirt? except, possibly, a color that makes everyone happy.
