Personally, for me, the whole heart thing (shape of apple) was played out a long time ago, even though you made it fit the theme very well. Not really your fault, but I'd much rather see more emphasis on the actual skin pattern. With those colors, it's subtle, but yet jumps right off the shirt. Larger.
