I like this design a lot. It seems to be a lot more simple than the other designs you've posted. You might want to try some other color possibilities as well.

I wanted to do something like 1 flower for 1 person so i don't know, it's true if you put more flowers it will be more beautiful, but my idea will be lost

what's with the circle and the arrow point down? is that a seed inside? maybe you could change the growth towards the bottom a bit. my first impression from the thumbnail was it was a mustache with parsley stuck in it.
