Great concpet, now all you need to do is scrap the actual copyrighted abbey road beatles background and give it a spin that feels right for you...for examples of this, please look at every third submission from the Hellogoodbye competition...

i love it, but i'll only buy it if the shirt color was different.

FRICKINAWESOME. Please learn about copyright laws before you thrown em around like you're a veteran lawyer. The street-minus the beatles, re-illustrated is NOT copyright. Do you get that? Do some research.

i don't think anyone actually said you were breaking copyright laws, i think they were more saying you should make it your own.

agreed that this is nothing close to an original idea/submission. i could give a rat's crap about using something copywrited, it's the fact that you essentially layered two traced photos and called it your own.

if you were to use this graphic as a model to draw your own interpretation, i'd get behind it. sorry.

Does it really matter what method was used to make the shirt? If the dude made a cool shirt than it's a cool shirt, it doesn't matter if he traced it, scanned it, painted it, or drew it on with crayon. If it's a cool shirt, than that should be all that matters.

Regardless of everything else, the design is awesome and I'd like to see it printed.

Hell I've never seen it done before...It's flippin sweet I'd buy it, I hope it gets printed. Prefer a different colour, but hey if it ends up on that I'd still get it, great job!

I like it, although the chimp bothers me -- people didn't evolve from chimps.
