For a first- really really great! Next time, think of how the design can fit on the shirt, though. What you have here is good, but it would be even better if one side of the tree being had different, maybe larger, branches. More differentiation means more interest. Still, not bad!

Shapes, lines and colors are great. They are so good, I can evn tolerate the heart (which integrates nicely with the design and for some reason doesn't look smarmy to me).
