Far away in a parallel universe Adam sat quietly under the 'Tree of Tasty Things' minding his own business and listening to some tunes. When low and behold a snake pops down and offers him an apple. Adam had learnt that this was a special magical tree and the fruit was sacred not to be touched by small boys with stripy tops. H knew that if he took the fruit he would be punished.... but was the temptation too great?

Well this is my first sub under a new name because I hated the last one. Its a take on man's first choice.

I love the style-- the tree is awesome. Something about the way it looks on the t-shirt seems a bit off, though. Maybe a background would help balance it out. 4, as is.

Nice childrens book style of illustration. Not a fan of the compostion and placement though.

I like the idea

I love the style of it. However, I laughed at it first because I thought Adam was being a typical boy and, therefore, oblivious to what was going on around him. The contemplation needs to be a little more obvious. Also, please place in the center sternum. It is whimsical enough without edgy placement.

Cheers for all your comments. I had a problem deciding on the placement i opted for non centre placement a i thought it looked a bit different, but maybe i should have stuck to a tried and tested formula.

I love the pattern on the tree too. I prefer the lower placement.

Thanks mpalmor thats a good suggestion re Adam on the other side that would make more sense. Think i will try that one. Yes the adam thing was intentional, thought i would swap it round.

that's a good idea, i had placement issues when i was submitting the design, maybe i should have put up some more options.

To me, it doesn't look like he is sitting. I think his legs look a little messed up.

Work on drawing people in real positions. Draw from looking at yourself in a mirror, or looking at a friend. (At first glance I thought he had really stubby legs, when I looked more it still looks awkward.)
