It's about screening the shirt yourself. I'm surprised that members of a t-shirt designing site aren't familiar with the process. Silly people.

the joys of commercial printers...it used to drive me absolutely bananas when you'd have finished a design on a shirt and there was a drop of paint hidden somewhere and it would fall right in the middle of a blank piece of the shirt....arghh

Nice redeux, indeed! It's more cohesive and clean and brings up a very important issue: screenprinting needs more moustaches.
