i agree that it is a little busy. why not use the name [never sleep] in the shirt too? it's not a piece of art hanging on the wall that people might have the oppty to take a long gaze at to figure it out. you are usually passing somebody by and only have a few seconds to GRAB their attention and for them to interpret the meaning of the shirt/art. it strikes me more as a painting to hang in a gallery (you could frame and hang this t-shirt for sure) than a t-shirt. that's my feedback because you asked me for it:)
