Those are the creases of the mouth...it's kind of a cartoonish take. Sorry if it's misleading.

Interesting idea, are the creases of the mouth suppose to look like creases in the t-shirt

It's really for whomever looks at it to decide. If you watch some older cartoons, like Mickey Mouse, or Goof Troop, or things from the 90's, as far as I remember, they had this kind of style. I thought it would kind of work to show the lip placement of the "stomach" with little creases. Try standing in front of a mirror and make the frown yourself. See the little creases at the side of your mouth? That's where the idea came from. The one at the bottom is just to indicate the presence of a lower lip.

I got it right away, and I love this idea. On a yellow shirt ... makes me think of jaundice... which totally works as a sicky feeling color.

I love it. It could easily work on any color, too. $5

Dude pregnant ladies don't have flab either. They just have... babies.
And I agree with helloklaire. Light green, I think would work best.

I think this is a good idea. I would make the mouth smaller, and have a thicker and more varied line weights. I think that would make it read better.

I love it and understood immediately that it was a mouth. I would wear it on days when I have a tummy ache =).
