cool but maybe the pattern would have to go around the entire shirt, so it wouldn't really be a normal t-shirt but maybe a polo or something.

I like it on the white, I think it'd look great printed on the BACK of a shirt, with just the woman in the middle. Maybe a small life bouy on the front of the shirt, on the left side, where your heart lies...

A shower curtain! Yes! Great design, but as has been said I don't think it works for a shirt. Maybe crop and elongate the design so it's a long rectangle & not a tall one? AbbyS, your suggestions are great.
