This is so beautiful, but I'd prefer the pagasus and dragon be taken out. If they weren't there this would be sooo perfect, and I'd wear it!

If you're bent on keeping the animals, then maybe if you just placed an animal on each side of the tree it would retain the symmetry.

I absolutely adore it!!!!! But I would like to see it in a different colour. The design is stunning, but I personally dont' know anyone who could look good in that colour. I still vote 5 though.

Dragons are bad because they burn down villages and whatnot. You never hear of a pegasus going on a wild townsfolk-stabbing rampage.

I'm in agreement that this should be resubmitted after the dragon and pegasus have either been repositioned or removed completely. But then, if they are removed, then it would seem as though there would be no struggle at all. Come to think of it, they really represent the only struggle in the whole piece, everything else is somewhat serene. Perhaps retool it a bit?

That is an awesome design without the dragon and pegasus!! But I agree with moovingcow4u about balancing the animals if you are going to keep them.

I just wanted to break the symmetry, but y'all make excellent points.

However, imurray hit it right on the head... this particular contest is about peace/hate and the mythical beasts simply represent the struggle and the battle the couple needs to overcome to stay together. Balancing out the animals may be the safest way to go without compromising the concept.

But, peace/hate isn't even stevens, sooooo the placement of the animals is right in terms of the concept, real life really is askew. So I think it goes perfectly as is. Plus, the sooner the pegasus can hoove the crap out of the dragon the better.

You can't please everyone anyways, if you felt designing it the way you did I will support your judgement...after all, the execution is impeccable.

the design is beautiful. but it looks a bit unbalanced because of the animals. with it, i think the focus would go towards the people and i'm just assuming that maybe that is your intention.

This design is incredible, I love it! 5$ The only question I have is, what color is it on? It looks like a mustard, which would be awesome, but unfortunately it isn't a shirt color option last time I checked. Hmmmmm and gold would be too bright, and I don't know about banana. Well it would always look great on sagestone, or maybe khaki or forest green, or purple for girls. At any rate, it NEEDS to be printed :)

I thought it was funny the struggle within us is dragons fighting unicorns. I really like the design, although I do think the title is a little heavy because 'struggle' is very subjective. Maybe even take out the fighting creatures because they are an eyesore in the corner. Still, I love the couple embracing around what seems to be an every growing background of life. Hell, maybe call it the growth within us.

i agree with what x6488 said. and there needs to be more submissions like this and Final War that are just flat out cool looking, i mean shirts with ironic and witty designs are nice and all but often the gag eventually runs out. great job on the design

I love the dragon & the pegasus... I think the graphic would be a little lacking without them, and I like that they throw off the symmetry. If anything, maybe pull them into the tree a little.
