I think the one with the background works better since it looks even more like an airport. The skeleton smiling through the pain of being so contorted is funny. Anything to save a buck :o)

i'm not so keen on the skeleton...i know it's supposed to be an x-ray, but it kinda looks to me like you're shipping dead bodies...

i like the idea - i like the background, i also think you should add flaps to the x-ray machine to show things are moving through it - but the skeleton bugs me - parts don't bend like that - if it was contorted but bending where a body actually bends it would be a 5$ - right now it's a high 4
