A friend told me about this contest, and despite being in my finals weeks, she talked me into doing this. I have never really designed a T-Shirt before, but I figured what the heck.

I basically used a combination of the theme and the movie preview to come up with this design. Let this nOOb know what you think!

not bad attempt bud... try not give so many t colour options..choose what you think suits the design best and go for it...well maybe 2 choices.

Very nice...agree about the shirt colors...2 or 3 at most. Still gets a $5 from me tho!

That's awsome! Colors are poor, though, which ruines the design :/

Kinda similar to my idea, which just gives me another reason to procrastinate and not do it at all.... >_>

Can we resubmit then? If I just used say, the black/blue, black/white, and gray/blue shirts, it would be better?

don't put it on white. it creates an optical illusion (you see circles at the corners of the recangles). it hurts my eyes

you'll want to keep in mind that threadless doesn't use ringers.

I agree with the others with regard to the t-shirt color choices. I also wonder if have your poor chap surrounded by fewer ladies (8, instead of 16, and without the white one, so that they are all the same) might make the design less "busy" and more striking.

I agree. Take out the outer layer--it's way too busy for a t-shirt design. But, I say, keep the one girl with the white background because it shows that these other girls are separating him from the one that stands out, like a distraction. Place it on the light-gray t-shirt and resubmit. That's my suggestion.

I agree that there should be fewer girls, and I don't get the ONE white rectangle.

I think the whote one is supposed to be his right girl, but there are so many around, he is confused about which one to choose; this is very similar to what the previews are showing about the movie. I like this a lot....great first sub!

I see the circles on white too lol! That is weirddd. I don't see anything wrong with the color options. Everyone else gives a bunch also. ^_^ It might look best on black.

Oh and there's a lot of copying and pasting. But I guess that was unavoidable for this. Or was it....

i don't understand why everyone's so against copy and paste.. i'd rather that than slightly different ones.. that'd just be annoying!
