good, i like the placement on the blue! i like the ink color on the white tee, but does it look good on other tee colors?

ooh, baby blue is good! i'm just not a huge fan of white or cream . . . if a shirt is printed on those colors, i have to think a lot harder about whether i want to buy it.

It looks wicked awesome on natural. I'm confused, though... Is the industrial plant spewing nature out as a byproduct of whatever it's producing? If that's what it is, that would seem to go against the idea you're trying to get across.
I may just be stupid though, so you should correct me if I'm wrong. |

jwalsh on Sep 09 '06 Thanks for the compliment whisper! About your confusion- Ok the idea is that people/plants are being "blown/swept" away by these industrial plants, not that they are byproducts of whatever its producing.
Another way that it can be looked at (actually this is my original plan) was that the power plant was "sucking in" and consuming plant life in people, kind of like "eating away" at the environment and animals. Also, the people are kind of "dancing" around the plant life in the image to symbolize our role in pollution - we just "dance around" the problem and haven't done much about it even though so many people are dying and its destroying the environment. Hope that clarifys the idea!! |

I thought the people were dancing with the flowers in a head-shop happy statue kind of way. It doesn't look deadly or destructive at all. Maybe incorporate a skull or two or wilt the flowers, or something... the left most figure looks like a happy dancing yoga logo. Your heart's in the right place with the message

Its great that the artist gaave an explantion but the design does not need one at all- its so obvious what the message is! The design is just beautiful - i really love it.

I love it... even the big one... but do you think the factory can be simpler.. like... not so big within the plant because you can't make out that it's a potted plant so much...
