I like the concept, and good job on the illustration, but I didn't even get the symbolism until I read your comment. In fact, I didn't even realize they were piranhas until i read your comment. Perhaps you could do something more dramatic, perhaps a burnt stump, more vicious-looking piranhas, and if you want to go that far, even some subtle flame in the background(but that is going quite a ways).

I agree, I dont see how a tree, fallen by what looks like natural causes represents hate...
however, if you were to encorporate, in the same style, a paper mill in the background, and the kid completely oblivious to his surroundings, that would be awesome. great skill, awesome design as is 4--- prove the message---5$ |

they have some small blade sharp tooth ...and it's hard to draw the detail of it from distance view. anyway...happy birthday to you chelly! :) |

I like it just as an image - nothing menacing/symbolic. My only suggestion would be maybe to have the trunk end in an uprooted stump, instead of just a jagged break.

well, if you wear T Shirt with this design on it, people will see that your tee is cool. they dont bother about the piranhas. the design is catchy with good color. very cool!! Love it!

very pretty and lovely; didn't get the piranhas. One reservation - distracted by the bottom of the tree because it looks like legs.
