The pail is cute..
But I feel it needs to be bigger. Or the bugs smaller. Unless you wanted the effect of scary prehistoric-like monster bugs..But it would be cuter [in my opinion] if one or the other was altered. ^ ^ |

I like the design, but maybe you could make it more coherent by applying the same style to the different elements; now the bugs and pail suggest 3d but not the water, and the flowers are just like a cute sort of wall paper (although I like the flowers this way). So I'll give you a 4 because it is charming.

i got the impression that someone tried to water the flowers but the beatles grew instead so they dropped the can and ran. so made sense to me, but the shirt would look good without it.
