I like the grass and the thick circle with the clock hands.
The "city" needs some work, though. Make the line width more consistant and work on the cracks. |

doesnt look much like a city, more like a craveyard and crave stones, apart from that i really like the clock and the clock hands in the back.

Looks a bit to MS Paint for my liking. Maybe space the buildings out so they're not all spreading out from one point? Crap, I dunno.
