Its a giraffe but the letters have no meaning, Not a cleaver typographic solution.

i agree with interpose. if you could somehow fit the letters together to mean something as well as look good....

well...when i was doing it...i spelled my name, threadless, um....my last name.... just stuff. lol

and yes, it wouldve been colloer if it meant something.

I agree. It's a cool design, but it needs a purpose.

Making use of the natural letterforms to build the giraffe would have been a better solution, especially if it stops you from stretching the type like you have here!

Also, why pick Times New Roman? There are a bazillion nicer faces out there.

And it kind of looks more like a llama.

pretty cool idea, yeah there are many other cooler fonts, but look at it as a whole thing.
it is cool. don't need to have a meaning.

I like it but...giraffes aren't shaped like that....and meaning to the letters would be cooler.

Sysgal on Jul 02 '03
even if there was a meaning it would take 2 hours to decifer unless the giraffe was deformed.

I love the giraffe! it doesn't have to have a meaning to be a good shirt, you ultra-ANALysts. It's a great design, Sysgal. I love the tail. :)

I think this is a very clever idea! :D perhaps it's because I haven't been to the zoo lately, but I think it looks like a giraffe! and I don't mind the use of times new roman either (I think "Times New Giraffe" is a hilarious title, btw), and I also don't mind that there's not much of a "meaning" either... the only thing I want to comment on, is the colors :/ I think with that color shirt, a white or light grey would look nicer (instead of the bright blue)

But ah, that's just my opinion :) Like I said, other than that, very nice!!

This does look pretty creative. Further meaning isn't horribly needed.
