i think this would still work with fewer characters and or elements, but they're super cute! I love how the thiefs arm makes up the word... :)

Although I don't really like the overall shirt design, I do think your characters are great. Very nice style. Would you consider a much simpler image, with 2 or 3 characters, and maybe no type? I realize that may mean losing the idea of the levels of theifdom.
