I guess everyone´s watched enough cartoons to be familiar with the shoulder angel/demon concept:)Though i chose front shoulder placement on the template for clarity, there´s plenty of alternative placements that would work well...back shoulder placement, one character on the right front shoulder and one on the left back, or even one character on each sleeve.

i saw another angel/devil submission here before i think, it was the one with the shadows cast across the shirt as if they were really sitting on the shoulder.
anyway, i like this one a lot better. i think it is the style and the speech bubbles that did it for me. 5$ |

threadless, please. if you have never printed another shirt, print this one. it is the best rendering of this idea i have ever personally seen, and if you don't print it, many people will die.

As A. Square pointed out OlliRude stole this concept from him, which is both illegal and immoral. To make matters worse, this version is much uglier than the original. It's downright hideous. I hope Threadless is moral and smart enough not to print this crappy shirt.

i sketched this out over a month ago, and i´d never even seen a.square´s design before he linked it here. The angels and demons on shoulders idea is very old, it´s symbolism derived from mideaval artwork (which is why i chose to do it in a stile inspired by woodcuts from that era) Although a.square´s sub was very good, i doubt it was the first time take on this concept had been submitted to threadless. |

I love the style of your illustration. It reminds me of the line drawings that are in the bibles and texts of that age. So for the concept- 3 the design and illustration- 5. If they stay on the front, I think the placement is a little odd. They need to be angled differently to balance the shirt. I'd like to see how it looks printed on the sleeves.

UMMMMM......I've seen both designs and I would buy AND wear both. They are indeed similar ideas but very different designs.
I gave that one $5 and I give this one $5 too. As for Cindyloo...well.......girl got some issues. |

i think it would be cool if they were both on each sleeve; to me anyway it would just seem better because (being a girl and all) i have long hair and if i wore it down it might cover the designs up. i don't know, just a thought. the sleeve thing might not even work. anyways, i love this. who cares if this is a common idea, i think your execution of it is great. +5

Keep the text, keep the placement! The only, small issue I have is that at first glance the "C" in "C'mon" looked like a G. One last thing.... PRRRRRIIIIIIINNNNNNTTTTTTTT! |

i saw a design kinda like this recently--not that they're related-- except this one just had the shadows of the angel and devil. I though that was a better idea because it was more like the angel and devil were actually floating above the shoulder. Anyway, this one is executed much better, and it is easy to tell what's going on. Good job, i dig your style.

oh and I don't care for the one on each sleeve idea. I don't like shirts with blank fronts and I often wear coats so I wouldn't buy it if the placement differed much from the design you've submitted.
