The pointing finger is awkward. Most of us don't turn our arms that way to point something out. I also don't understand the significance of the guy bieng a hillbilly in waders, but that could just be me. Sometimes I'm a bit too literal. :)

personally, i do think the design would work much better if it was just the grim reaper and the map. more pithy, more to the point, and yet at the same time more open-ended.

I really like the concept, but I don't really like the guy giving a direction being a hillbilly. I understand what you're getting at, his being in the boonies and all, but I think it would be just as funny and maybe even funnier if it was a man in a suit or a girl dressed really trendily.
