I love it, I think you guys are over-looking the phrase. Pronounce it 'Pee-YOO'. Something a child would say when something smells badly.

If PIU = P.U. or pew,
then it should be spelled differently

Here's a blurb on the origin of P.U.

"P.U.

Here are the two explanations I heard the most:

1) It's a shortened term for puteo, which is Latin for
"to stink, be redolent, or smell bad." I actually called
a professor of Latin at the University of Florida to
verify this one.

2) It's actually spelled "pew," but is often pronounced
as "pee-yew". It's root is the Indo-European word "pu,"
meaning to rot or decay. A lot of other languages use
this root word and have the same general meaning.

i dont understand the people - are they supposed to be Safie and Felix from the novel? if so that's pretty cool.
i also dont get the piu, but the "sweety frank" text is great. i especially love the fonts! really awesome artwork, i love this shirt, but i think it needs a bit more work.

piu in Italian means small, or a little bit. I'd verify that if my content-filter at work let me look at translation sites.

I like it without the Sweety Frank. "Piu" I don't mind because it's so strange.

regardless of what "piu" means, i just don't like the way it looks on the shirt....but a very cool design otherwise!
