There is no specific meaning....Its not an illustration, just a design. If youre still looking for a meaning behind this, then use your imagination and create one.

Not everything has to be backed by a story/meaning.

Haha wow you served him-- --not! Look at all the popular Volcom wear with the random-ass cool-looking designs. Illustrations don't have to communicate, they can just be there to look nice. I'm not a huge fan of this, but I'm not going to say it's uncreative. It's got all the elements of design.
