Clean up the illustration a little. It doesn't add to the concept. I do like the size of the graphic and color choices of the fabric. Also, reconsider your shadows, be a little more consistent with them. The attatched paper looks too flat in comparison.

The concept is cool, but i'm counting 6 colors in the design.

The fact that it looks a bit blurred does the effect of using more of 4 colors, at the tip of the pencil theres an area made of yellow points like the pencils color, and the erasers holder is white , i think those 2 things are whats confusing people and thinkin there are more that 4 colors, but thats all i used !

watch the cutting and pasting, it screws up the shadow perspective

I hate to be part of the collective broken record here, but you have to fix that blur if you want better votes on this. I'm hoping that your full-size image is different from the small one here, because my computer is counting 231 colours. Awesome idea, but t-shirts with mistakes that large just won't cut it...
