Although, from a design standpoint, it might flow better if you swapped the wheel and the "new and improved" image. It would feel a little more complete.

the writing on the "new and improved" part reminds me of the napolean dynamite shirts they had at hot topic.. and everywhere else.

its a cute concept but the concept seems a bit...overplayed? like a shirt all of the quasi-goth-punk-newage-trendy kids buy at hot topic or target or something.
