The horse's joints aren't moving correctly... the fetlock joints or "ankle" joints should be more flexed, and the horse should have some reins coming from it's mouth to make it look like it is connected to the harness. But this is a very cute design with some minor corrections.
Fetlocks? Harnesses?... the horse and buggy are based on the Amish crossing signs... look it up before you get into specifics.... but thanks for the comment.
