You know that tension you feel when someone new enters the game? Yeah... you know what I\'m talkin bout.

Also, I worked on it a little and made it a little less cluttered.

Here's the improved and bigger version

The improved version is much better. For the current design, 3. For the improved, $5.

Leave the text off. Let people figure it out by looking at the pictures, which tell the story quite well, I think.

I think you could still stand to take one of the coin boxes out, maybe the one where the coin isn't in yet. i think it'll still be pretty clear.

I think you should take out the FIRST coin insertion pic. I think I understand what you are trying to do, to create tension, but it is a T-shirt, not a comic book, so you have to do what works best with the medium. TRUST ME, you will gain much more than you lose by removing the first coin pic. That being said, It totally captures the feeling. $5

Oh, my only other suggestion is maybe look into some other fonts. This one is acceptable, but not actually all that great. I think your design deserves a better font.

You know, having lived through the late 70s/early 80s, this nostalgia for early video games grates on my nerves.

Dr. Elusis, this has nothing to do with early video games. That's obviously a Street Fighter II machine. So 1993.

i like everything about it. the updated one is better. The text should stay...that's where the whole tension of a new challenger comes from!

no way dude.. not happening.. uh uh.. thats just not nice, and certainly doesnt belong on a t-shirt, maybe some poster in one of these smokey underground pool halls.

dirk the daring on my left has something to say: "I am quite amused with a long forgotten tension you are referencing between two pimply-faced teenagers, one coming off the beheading of his fifteenth fatality victim in a row and the other stepping up, fresh from the lack of button-mashing exertion his opponent has had but the droplets from his wet-behind-the-ears persona showing through as the excitement and thrill of the digital kill builds! In the arcades of the late 80's-early 90's you could feel like a Gladiator god for twenty-five cents. But alas, dirk decrees quite annoyed, arcades have been bricked up in all but the "roughest" of neighborhood malls that even I the mighty Dirk will not venture into, and there aren't even enough princesses to save to pay for new state-of-the-art orange and red armor and jockey supports! All the princesses tired of being oogled by creepy alien beings and barred away in clock towers until i saved them have taken recording contracts in japan that bowser would jump instantly into a lake of fire if he saw the figures they were pulling down! i tell you these videogame icons todaaay....oh, what were we talking about? Oh yeah, nice shirt. Can i have one for free...for old times sake?"

Thank you, Dirk, for having a game that my once adolescent mind could never comprehend.

I agree with Kramer and Sprenger that you only need one coin insertion pic in there. Cool idea.

I think that the double coin picture thing is because it usually costs 2 coins, and its a different picture because it wouldn't look good with 2 of the same picture right next to each other. The fact that they look successive is a concidence. I didn't make it though, so who am I to say?

One coin picture... but leave the text. Otherwise it looks like a friend is joining in to help (like in Gauntlet).

I think player 1 should wear a more retro styled outfit instead of the baggy type in the design. Maybe lose the spikey haircut, too.
