maybe just me, the perspective looks a little weird, but i really like the concept $4

Love the idea. It looks more pointy than being connected to the moon. I suggest making the elevator shaft more windy and longer to give the correct perspective, but thats just my thought.

LOVE the idea, but i think with the elevator becoming such a small point at the top it's a bit hard to read. maybe just don't make it curve quite at much and keep it a bit straighter? i do like it a lot, though!

That would be dangerous, when you jump on the way down you'd just float to the roof and hit your head.

The problem is the long, curving rectangle. Looks like one leg of a pair of early '70's pants. I think if it was just an elevator car with a cable coming off the top of it, it would actually read as an elevator.

I like the idea of making the elevator shaft kind of curly to give the idea of more depth. Also the funny angle of the elevator comes from the fact I like to draw stuff in an isometric view. |

very clever, but it almost looks like just a funny shaped building in front of the moon. maybe add the "going up" text on the elevator to make it clearer?

colt83 on Aug 01 '06 Actually, the concept of an elevator to space is very real and has been closely considered by scientists and engineers since the Reagan administration. The benefits would be advantageous on a number of levels (scientific, economic, transportation, etc)
