There should be one more dot after "Don't worry...," and the last dot in the speech bubble is unnecessary, as four dots represent the three dots of the ellipsis and a period.

Fix the grammar and you're golden.

i'm anti smoking but i probably wouldn't wear an anti smoking message on my shirt. it's a totally awesome design though. $3 (5 for design, 1 for me not wearing it)

i'd wear it without the speech bubble.. you could put a pack of cigarettes in his outstretched hand and that way it wouldn't look awkward out there on it's own without the bubble.

or just stick the outstretched hand behind his head as well...

This reminds me of the drug awareness poster contests they'd have us enter in grade school. (I totally won grand prize one year with a Titanic rip-off/tie-in.)
