tmx - the black flag logo is the bars at the bottom, it is a knock-off of their logo - i felt it gives the design a more rebellious feel.

appropriation, when done wisely and correctly (as this is) just plain works, i would buy it. bit of a statement (intentional or not) bit of humour, bit brazen, real design takes guts (that's part of talent by the way) and it's here in this one.
