It would be better if the other crayons had colour to them - if they did, I'd probably end up giving it a $5. With all the crayons being dark, though, it strikes me as a little... wrong. I don't know. Wonderful otherwise.

Thalia- We originally wanted to do many different colored crayons but then realized restrictions for using only four colors. We then decided to choose the crayon that we and people we know tend to use the most, the black crayon.

i actually love white crayons. and i think i use it more than black, actually... lol!

I recommend four shades of another color, just to avoid anyone (including people that would see someone wearing shirt but not the website) taking it the wrong way.

Shadow or cranberry are my favorite colored crayons.

I like this but I do think it needs to be more obvious that they're crayons. Maybe just highlight one of two of them using colour?

maybe you could use the torch light for effect and a dark red or brown shirt - to make the group shades of orange/red or brown

i'd like it better if the crayons were all different colors. and maybe the t-shirt colors were different, too. otherwise the design is awesome.

I agree with nonolarson: Because the white crayon is alone, it is not genocide as much as a hate crime. If a group of hate-filled crayons were ganging up on a group of scared crayons, then maybe.

Currently this isn't genocide, it's just muder. Add a few more crayons to the victim group and it'd work.

I think the concept is brilliant, but a few kinks need working out. The colours issue, for one. I'm seeing a lynching more than genocide, too, but the issue is related, so no biggie.

I know they're supposed to be crayons, but I'm seeing a lynching, too. That's my interpretation, but this design definitely wouldn't go over well in some places.

White crayons are good for blending. Nice concept, but I think I agree with the others, colours would be better. you don't get a box full of black crayons.

Great concept, but I agree with what someelse said earlier: let the color of the shirt be a "color" of some of the crayons, then use 3 colors (white I think counts as a "color") for the others. You can incorporate shading to make the other look different. Cause all black crayons going after a white crayon? I might know why, but other people might get the wrong idea...

Awesome. When I was a kid I would have loved a box full of black crayons. My kindergarten teacher called my mother in for a conference and asked if she had ever considered putting me in therapy. My mother said er...no, why? The teacher said when it was time to color, I would pull out the black crayon and color in the entire piece of paper black. My mother asked the teacher, "Did you ever ask him if he *likes* to color?" Apparently, the deal was really that I was so bored with coloring I figured I'd get it over with as quickly as possible and just fill the paper in with black crayon...
