If it is printed it won't look like it was actually done with sharpie marker... unless some new screen printing technology was invented that I have not been told about.
Whether or not I like this idea it cannot be realistically produced.

you could however make this for yourself if you wanted.

id much rather have someone actually write stuff to me instead of some generic comments, but it was a good idea
