that was an amazing movie. very cute design, the water line gives it character, although it does look a bit odd contrasting with the neckline of the shirt. $4 as-is

$5 if the wave was gone. What color would it be printed on? Teal? Because for girl shirts, "teal" looks too blue and not green enough. I love the color it's on right now though.

ps- you probably already know this, but just in case: if you enjoyed the illustrations from "The Life Aquatic" (and all the other Wes Anderson movies), you might enjoy the work of his brother, Eric Chase Anderson, who's done all the illustrations for his films! :) |

Mindrenew on Jul 22 '06 ilovegravy, yep, I first learned the art for his films was done by his brother when I watched "The Royal Tenenbaums" DVD and the awesome behind-the-scenes doc. they put on it.
ptabor, the sub is colored with a light yellow, since the whole color scheme is a subtle one. Thanks for the feedback. Thanks for the comments everyone, I'm glad people enjoy it. |

loved the movie, not so sure about your execution. you could do more to make it feel more quirky, more unique. there are so many fish shirts out right now, but this one seems to have the potential to be one of the best.
