Awesome illustration. I don't think you need the thought bubbles though. We totally get that he wants ice cream... and its a given that the driver thinks he is going to die. A $5 if bubbles dropped.

Ice cream truck looks like it is going 90 while the monster looks like he is going about 15. Two thoughts... not connected. |
