Beautiful style! The whale reminds me of the logo from the videogame "Gun Valkyrie". I wouldn't wear this color, but 5 for the illo.

i wish i could find a design of orcas that i like...=/ dont get me wrong, i agree it is cute. although wings? and also the white slash on its back isnt very realistic...though i'm sure that doesnt count for much since it already has wings lol.

New wing placement is better, but the new drawing of them looks too much like giant cat ears. Use the line of the old wings, but in the spot of the new ones? (And the new colors are indeed much better :)

pectoral fins could be changed to wings

If you keep the wings, move them down the body and make them bigger. They look like ears right now. Pink/ blue? No. Black/ white? Maybe.

I like the wings and everything about the drawing -- including the sketch quality. Not so big on the box behind it, it seems to clash with the organic quality of the illustration.

i don't like orcas they eat penguings, and seals...

I would either lose the wings or put them farther back, like right before or right after his dorsal fin.
