but the design is built 3 colors
without halftone screens

i think the colors are fine, the design is great, but it looks really really bad on red. it looks best (to me) on blue.

I don't know how much you know about silk screening but for each different color even if it is a different percentage of the same color it counts as a different color. Unless of course you use halftone patterns. In the world of silk screening 6 screens will need to be made for that design so it counts as 6 colors.
