To me the only piece of this drawing that looks complete is the angel. He could almost be his own shirt... everything else looks a little too sketch-y like it was scanned out of your sketchbook, photoshoped a bit to clean up edges then colors added. I think the primary colors theme does little for the thing overall. Back to my main point, the little shouting angel is pretty friggin great. Would love to see him resubmitted on his own. Nice start. $2

if it Has to be a shoulder print I'd go with the other shoulder or rotating it to the right a bit to better fit the space without leaving to much of an awkward negative space.
