Execution -- Eh...

i dont think the first three comments were 'hard' or nasty at all - rather dormant if you ask me.

in my opinion, the design lacks some cohesiveness and smoothness - cohesiveness because the weeds dont look as dominant as the building (the weeds are the things you're trying to make stand out). and smoothness cos there's too many sharp edges and could use some highlight/shadows/curved edges more.

If you are going for a "pro-spray" design. Maybe make it a can of spray paint with something tasteful on a wall. But that's just my opinion.
