interesting. the little hearts are almost too cutesy for the rest of the image... just to me, though. Also, a bit hard to make out what the inner silhouette is.

It took about 45 seconds to get and only when I zoomed in. That's why I love. At first I didn't like it, then I reazlized what's happening.

The silhouette of the girl is not nearly defined enough. Even when one zooms in on her it is still vague. Other than that it would be a good design. At first glance most would see a monster with a heart on his package.

I can't believe the harsh comments. It looks very cute! Sex isn't that bad kids. $5 and I would buy it! Then I would wear it on the street, in the comic book shops., but I wouldn't wear it at work, but I am a school teacher :p

Yup, looks like he's got a heart in his crotch. One more colour might help give the monster (and his crotch/girl) more definition.
