Agree with the whole "It needs the words" comments.

Also, I think off center would be better positioning. Vertically it's fine, but I'd push it to the left edge.

I like it and agree it's a little sloppy. Clean up the linework, maybe remove those squiggles from the hand.

i think maybe a squid or an octopus may work better than a nautilus, but its still a great idea, reminds me of a super-villian from one of those various comic books

haha. This rocks. Don't add text. It's... perfect as is. Try putting it on some soft, dark colors so the design stands out more. I'd also suggest to move it down a bit for greater visibility.
