I have a feeling he means "made" in the terms of her copied the images from Wingdings, Webdings, and Clip Art and assembled them. Assembling premade images OBVIOUSLY makes it his own work.

The problem with your designs is the lack of originality.

You have to be subtle in your designs sometimes. It doesn't have to scream "EMO"

How about putting that into proper syntax, form, and grammar so that I can at least understand what you are saying before I dismiss it?

A) This design really does just look like clip-art and its ilk shoved together with the barest thought towards actual design. Though given the propensity for people to say you've stolen your designs, I'm inclined to believe you didn't even go to that much trouble to make this.

B) Theowlrulestheworld? Don't try and make yourself look more intelligent by using a thesaurus. It just makes you look like a pompous waste of space. Especially when all you're doing is spending three paragraphs insulting someone on the internet. Except that that just makes you look like an idiot.
