In this case the best option.

amazing, but would be better without the puppet strings and controls. i dont think they are needed and distract and take away from the dual image you are going for.

Nice drawing, the puppet parts would work if they were shaded like the rest of the drawing, I think they would still receed into the background shaded, and maybe varied in size more.
