What the hell ever. 0 from me unless you come up with an explanation for those of us who are not as brilliant as you.

oh so sorry, its pretty simple, just take the past and use it to help you overcome the future.

it seems like the past is thicker than the future? that seems interesting as a metaphor (because there will be at some point in your life more to look back on than to look forward to as it were) or am I mistaken?

nice idea.... but it's uninteresting. i'd like to see the idea worked into it somehow as text.

I get your message, but your metaphor is a bit confused.

For one, it's not clear that the block is a problem or an obstacle that needs overcoming: of what use or hinderance is it, either with or without the hole filled? Your audience can't be expected to connect the dots any better than your character does; he seems to be wondering what the hell the dang thing IS.

Second, your time axis is not labeled, if you catch my drift. I don't necessarily mean that you should literally label it, but you do need to give your viewers a hint.

Lastly, it needs work visually. Get the perspective right, for one. The two boxes don't look like they share a common vanishing point. If they do, it is so far off frame it is as though we are looking through a telescopic lens, which doesn't look good. Reconsider the big triangle in the corner as well.

Your message is interesting, and if you can convey it cleanly in a single design, then you've done a good job.

i like the design... but i dont think that everyone would understand the metaphor. it needs to be a bit more clear.

I suppose he could have put a pile of turds on the shirt and had the same title. Then maybe you elitist fucks would like it. It's a GD shirt for Christ's sake and God forbid anyone have to use their brain.

And by the way, it is the right perspective TIMRB. It would take 2 seconds and a straight line to figure that out.

Now get to work on that Turd shirt Titz.

Didn't we talk about this on the boards? We brainstormed different ideas to make this understandable.

I guess that was too much work.

:/

yes we did spires, and thanks for the feedback you can read that blog in my profile, you recommend tying a block to him and freezing him in a block both of which stray from the simplicity that this can represent whatever you want it to, visually this communicates a very broad message i know that, i offer it for anyone to identify with on their own terms, not mine.

i did get rid of the text and the question mark shadow...which some said made it WAY to litteral, i agreed.

the perspective is tight i assure you that.

I like the shirt a lot....it's like a puzzle and you have to solve it. This allows you to use your brain and figure it out. Thinking outside the box to overcome what's ahead. Love it! $5
