Anyhow, I was hoping that you would be able to tell that it was a mohawk. Either way, his "hair" is dyed an outrageous teenage color, denoting his punk attitude. :) |

Oh, I should have mentioned that the "vintage" look is an option. Anyone who would like to weigh in on whether or not the shirt should look all worn out, please do. This is my first submission that ever got anywhere so... comment away. :)

the vintage look is not good on this. Too hard to see clearly. And the baby panda should be black and white, with just his mohawk hair in red. His hair should also be bigger so it stands out as the whole point of the shirt.

Spikey mohawk would make it easier to tell it's a mohawk.
I've seen pandas drawn before with stars around their eyes instead of just black spots - maybe something like that would be cool, more than just the mohawk? maybe even like an earring or two, i can't imagine it'd be too hard to do. |

yoda911- WTF?! an EMO panda?! since when do emo kids have neon mohawks?! and id love an emo panda on my shirt. that would be sexi
so, my actuall comment- thats an awesome idea, but i dont really like that color scheme. make the punk panda more noticable, and even though younger kids do have bigger heads, that head's just too big..... $5, regardless. |

Well, I wanted to make a panda shirt because I had been play a lot of Katamari Damacy and there is a really cute set of triplet red/orange pandas. Then I thought to myself, I wonder what they looked like when they were young. As for you, wiener, thanks much for you comments, but I don't really know where you are coming from on that. While a mohawk does not make someone a punk be definition, this particular panda is a punk, I asked him. So shame on you. :-p

I love it! $5 both for idea, for pandas and for STYLE (okay and design, well designed).
I agree that the mohawk would be clearer if it had some points, just small shallow ones. I havent' decided what colors I like best. |

Thanks to everyone who voted! I really appreciate the huge number of people who took the time to look at my shirt. Even though it did not win, I had a lot of fun making it and hope that y'all had a fairly decent time looking at it for the amount of time that you did. Yeah. :)
