About my design
by tedzsee
This is my first submission. Despite the lack of detail in the character, I *can* actually draw. I just decided to keep it simple.

i think it would look better if the design was on a grey shirt.
orange + grey= good :)

the shirt colour is supposed to be green... but grey could work as well... I didn't put any alternate colour schemes up. I'm more interested in what people think of the design rather than the colours, because those can be changed easily!

an anvil should be recognizable without "ACME" all over it. too bugs bunny-esque

I wiould not have recognized the anvil without the ACME on it. Besides I like the fact that it is "Bugs-bunny-esque" As for the art simple is good... It does seem like it could use alittle more though.

Yeah, I like how it's labelled ACME. Reminds me of Saturday morning cartoons when I was little . . . :P

Anyway, for design purposes, I also don't think I would have recognized it immediately as an anvil without the label. However, I think it would be more effective to angle the type to match the viewer's perspective of the anvil itself (hope that makes sense).

Gray, green, whatever. The part I don't like is the orange. Otherwise, super-cute concept.

The anvil looks odd. I don't mind the colours. They standout as unusual... but not to a fault IMO. I don't care for the line work so much overall.

At first I thought it said ACNE, and I was like " puberty?"

I like your idea better

i wouldn't wear it, but it really reminded me of acme hour on cartoon network.

i think you should get rid of the "acme", draw the anvil in the same manner as the figure (simple line drawing like a developmental cartoon strip), and give the figure an umbrella. i know it may seem bugs-bunny-esque as some have termed it, but hey, you gotta give it to cartoon violence.

Yes drop ACNE, it only confused me, and mybe change the anvil a bit? Maybe it should look more like the guy - simple? The guy is super-cute! don't change him!
